We offer flat-rate shipping based on your region. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. If the actual shipping fee is lower than what you paid, we will refund the difference automatically. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a refund or store credit within 5 business days.
